When you refer someone who's buying or selling, a Heart2Help-certified agent guides them through the transaction, and once it closes, we donate $500 to a local charity or nonprofit of your choice. Heart2Help is headquartered in Port St. Lucie and serves communities across Florida, so your referral can support a cause right in your own community. We also let the charity know who sent the referral, so your generosity gets recognized too.

No catch — it's free for everyone involved. There's no cost to you or the person you refer, and the donation isn't tied to anything except your referral successfully closing on a home purchase or sale. Once it closes, we handle the donation ourselves.

Yes. When you submit a referral, you tell us which charity or nonprofit you'd like the $500 to go to — it can be a cause based near Port St. Lucie, Florida, that matters to you. Heart2Help corporate reviews each charity to make sure it's a great fit for the program, and gives final approval before the donation is made. Once approved, we direct the donation there as soon as your referral's transaction closes.

Just fill out the sign-up form with your name, email, and city, and tell us the charity that's near and dear to your heart. Your only "commitment" is to follow the Heart2Help Facebook page and share the word with at least five people, helping spread awareness for that cause even further — no cost, just community spirit.
